We will send your package to any address in North America.

USPS Media Mail: 5.00
UPS Ground: 8.00
UPS Ground for 6+ Items: 8.00
UPS Second Day: 12.00
UPS Second Day for 6+ Items: 14.00
Appropriate sales tax will be added to orders shipped to the state of Iowa.
We reserve the right to change shipping charges at any time.
Order Confirmation
You'll receive an order confirmation e-mail once we receive your order and a shipping confirmation e-mail once the order leaves our warehouse.
Cancellation and Returns
Mail order and online customers may cancel their order and return products for any reason within 30 days of receipt of goods. Products must be returned in the condition in which they were received for customer credit to be issued. Please include your packing slip, detailing the reasons for the return, relevant product exchange information, or request for credit.
We are happy to exchange or issue credit for the products returned, less applicable shipping charges. Audio CDs and all other non-book products must be returned in their individual unopened packaging. Credits will not be issued on any prepackaged products that are returned opened unless they are found to be defective.
The cost of postage for all returns, other than returns of damaged or defective products, is the responsibility of the customer. We cannot take responsibility for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
